Terms of service

These terms apply when you use prello.io or any service provided by Prello. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these terms. If you have questions, email us before signing up and we will clarify anything.

The service

Prello builds, hosts, and maintains custom automation systems, web apps, AI assistants, and dashboards for businesses. When you become a customer, we build a system tailored to your business and host it on our infrastructure. We keep it running and fix issues as they come up.

What your subscription covers

Your monthly subscription includes:

  • ·The build: we design and build the system based on your requirements
  • ·Hosting: your system runs on our infrastructure, managed by us
  • ·Maintenance: we keep it running, monitor it, and fix issues as they come up
  • ·Changes: updates and adjustments to your system are included. Major new features or entirely new systems may require a separate agreement

Pricing and price changes

Your subscription price is confirmed in your proposal before you commit. We will not change your price without telling you first.

If we need to adjust pricing, we will give you at least 30 days written notice by email before the new price takes effect. You can cancel before the new price kicks in if it does not work for you. We will never increase your price mid-billing cycle.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment is due at the start of each billing period. If a payment fails, we will notify you and give you 7 days to resolve it before the service is paused.

Setup fees, if applicable, are charged once at the start of the engagement and are non-refundable once work has begun.

Cancellation

All plans require a 3-month minimum commitment. After the initial 3 months, you can cancel with 30 days written notice. No cancellation fees.

When you cancel, your system continues to run until the end of the current billing period. After that, your system is paused and your data is retained for 30 days. During those 30 days, you can reactivate your account and pick up where you left off. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted.

Ownership

The systems, apps, automations, and code we build for you run on Prello's infrastructure. Prello retains ownership of the underlying code, architecture, and infrastructure.

You retain full ownership of your data and business information at all times. We will never sell, share, or use your business data for any purpose other than operating your system. If you cancel, you can request an export of your data before it is deleted.

Your responsibilities

As a customer, you are responsible for:

  • ·Providing accurate information about your business and requirements
  • ·Making sure you have the right to use any third-party tools or accounts you ask us to connect
  • ·Keeping your login credentials secure
  • ·Using the system in compliance with applicable laws
  • ·Not using the system for anything illegal, harmful, or in violation of another party's rights

Service availability

We work hard to keep your system running, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may need to take the service offline briefly for maintenance or updates. If planned downtime is needed, we will give you advance notice. If something breaks unexpectedly, we will fix it as fast as we can.

Limitation of liability

We build and maintain your system with care, but things can go wrong. Prello's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data, to the extent permitted by law.

Disputes

If a disagreement comes up, we will try to resolve it directly first. Email us and we will work it out. If we cannot reach an agreement, any disputes will be resolved under the laws of Sweden, and both parties agree to the jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes to these terms, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you can cancel before they take effect.
