We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own purposes.
How we store it
All data is stored on Supabase, hosted on AWS in the United States. Your data is isolated using row-level security, which means your information is never accessible to other customers.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we keep your data for 30 days in case you want to come back. After that, it is permanently deleted. If you request deletion at any time, we delete your data within 10 business days.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies for two purposes:
- ·Session cookies for authentication (keeping you logged in)
- ·Google Analytics cookies to understand how people use the site (pages visited, time on page, general location)
- ·Microsoft Clarity cookies to capture behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay (clicks, scrolls, mouse movements)
We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve our products and services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products and services and online activity. We also use this information for site optimization and fraud and security purposes. For more information about how Microsoft collects and uses your data, visit the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Google Analytics data is anonymized and not linked to your personal account.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- ·Request a copy of all data we hold about you

Third-party services
We use a small number of third-party services to run Prello. We share only the minimum data required for each to function:
- ·Supabase: database and authentication (hosted on AWS, US East)
- ·Vercel: website hosting and content delivery
- ·Google Analytics: anonymous usage analytics
- ·Microsoft Clarity: behavioral analytics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve the website experience
- ·Stripe: payment processing (handles card data directly, never touches our servers)
- ·Anthropic: powers the discovery chat (conversation data is sent to generate your proposal)
Each of these services has their own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them if you want to understand how they handle data.
Children
Prello is designed for business owners. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it immediately.
